Located in San Francisco’s South of Market district, the owner and Martin Building Company worked together to design a stunning 4,400 sq ft loft that would replace the old warehouse. The large, bright space was obtained by keeping the many skylights intact, especially a 16 x 20 foot retractable center skylight that floods the space with natural light. The large entertaining area was designed to encompass as much fun items as possible and many areas for relaxation. The most part I like for this place is the tree in the dining room, it is totally amazing to have a live tree in the room!
