Biggest complaints: Highest class is "Magnifica," equal to business class, which does not have flat sleeper seats. People also complained about the lack of attentive service and old seats.

On taking my seat, there were crumbs and hairs all over the armrests, as well as the seat tray. There were only 4 out of 20 Business seats filled, and one would have thought the crew would be able to pay a bit more attention to the customers - no. IFE was good, food was so-so and the crew disappeared for most of the flight. Minimal refills on drinks. I removed my own food plates and brought them to the front to find the Business class attendants sleeping! I had high hopes for this return leg, but one learns something each day, in the world of International travel."
